WITHOUT CHARGES

- The same day as the booking date (before 24:00 hours)

- 30 days before departure.

To cancel a booking, please contact Ferrimaroc and provide your booking reference.

WITH CHARGES

- Between 29 and 8 days before departure 75% refund.

- 7 days before departure. NO REFUND.

- Go&Return bookings: Once the first leg has travelled, the second leg has NO REFUND.
